Travel booking panel cost and quotes

We do not publish a price list, because two agencies rarely need the same thing. The cost of a travel booking panel depends on the channels you sell through, the product lines you switch on and the support you want. Tell us your scope and we send a written quote.

  • One-time licence
  • Full source code
  • Self-hosted

What decides the cost

Four questions that shape your quote

Answer these and the quote almost writes itself.

  • Who do you sell to?

Direct travellers only, partner agents only, or both. The B2B travel portal is the biggest single scope decision.

  • What do you sell?

Flights, hotels, tours, Umrah, visas, or a mix. You can start with fewer lines and add more later.

  • Where do you sell?

The number of languages, currencies and domains you need, including Arabic right-to-left.

  • How much help do you want?

Installation is included; priority support, ongoing maintenance and lifetime updates depend on the plan.

Plans compared

How the plans of the online travel booking system differ

Three plans, compared by what they include. Prices are given in your quote.

How you pay

A licence you own, not a subscription

Every plan is a one-time licence with the full source code, installed on your own server and domain.

No monthly platform fee

You pay for the licence once, online or by bank transfer, and the team confirms the options with your quote. Your supplier and payment gateway contracts stay between you and them.

Mix and match

Any plan can gain or drop features in a tailored quote, for example adding the B2B travel portal to a smaller plan, or adding native iOS and Android apps, a JSON API or more supplier connections as add-ons.
